How to setting your E-mail in the various E-mail programs.


For the setting in corporate and individual ISDN / ADSL, please correct the value of Incoming Mail Server, Outgoing Mail Server and Mail Account Setting as the table below.

Necessary information for setting up E-mail client
For WebPro, WebSharing, Corporate and Individual ISDN/ADSL
and Web Hosting

For example :
User-id :

Domain :
xyz.com

Remark:
For Web Hosting only
, in case of your User-id is different from your E-mail address the Mail Account Setting must rely on your E-mail Address.
For example: E-mail Address is info@xyz.com and the User-id is john, so the new Mail Account Setting will be info%xyz.com

How to set E-mail in Outlook Express 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0
  1. Open Outlook Express program.
  2. Click on Tools and select Accounts.
  3. Click on Mail tab, select the existing Account Name, then click Properties button.
  4. Click on Server tab
  5. In the Account name box, type your user-id in the form of user-id%domain,
    For example: john%xyz.com
  6. Clickon Advance tab, and uncheck Leave a copy of messages on server to leave no message on the server. By doing this, your mailbox will be always available for incoming messages. Leaving a message on the server will cause your mailbox full or insufficient for incoming messages.
  7. Then click OK and Close button to finish Outlook Express setting.

 

How to set E-mail in Eudora (V.1-3.0x)
  1. Open Eudora Mail.
  2. Click on menu Tools and then select Options.
  3. Correct your Information in the Pop Account box into the form of user-id%domain@pop3.domain
    POP Account: user-id%domain@pop3.domain
    For example: john%xyz.com@pop3.xyz.com
  4. Click at Checking mail, uncheck Leave mail on server to leave no message on the server. By doing this, your mailbox will be always available for incoming messages. Leaving a message on the server will cause your mailbox full or insufficient for incoming messages.
  5. Click OK to finish Eudora mail setting.

 

How to set E-mail in Eudora (5.0x)
  1. Open Eudora Mail.
  2. Click on Tools and then select Options.
  3. Correct your information in the Login name box in to the form of user-id%domain
    Login name: user-id%domain
    For example: john%xyz.com.
  4. Click at Incoming Mail, uncheck Leave mail on server to leave no message on the server. By doing this, your mailbox will be always available for incoming messages. Leaving a message on the server will cause your mailbox full or insufficient for incoming messages.
  5. Click OK to finish Eudora mail setting.

 

How to set E-mail in Netscape Communicator 4.7
  1. Open Netscape Communicator.
  2. Click on Edit and select Preference.
  3. On the Preference windows, double click at Mail & Newsgroups to expand sub menu.
  4. Click on Mail Server, click on Edit button, in the Mail Server Properties, and correct the following information.
    User name : user_id%domain
    For example: john%xyz.com
  5. Click at POP tab, uncheck Leave messages on server to leave no message on the server. By doing this, your mailbox will be always available for incoming messages. Leaving a message on the server will cause your mailbox full or insufficient for incoming messages.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click OK to finish Netscape Mail setting.

 

How to set up E-mail in Netscape 6
  1. Open Netscape 6
  2. Click Tasks menu and select on Mail to open Netscape mail program.
  3. At the Mail program, click on Edit and select Mail/News Account Setting.
  4. Click on New Account, select ISP or E-mail provider.
  5. Click Next button.
  6. At Your name box, type your firstname and lastname in English.
  7. At E-mail address box, type your e-mail address in the form of user_id@domain, for example john@xyz.com. And then click Next.
  8. At server Type, select POP Mail server, and at Server name, type pop3.domain, for example pop3.xyz.com, then click Next. At the User name, type user_id%domain, for example john%xyz.com
  9. Click Next 2 times and click Finish button.
  10. Click click on Edit and select Mail/News Account Setting again.
  11. Click on Server of the account which you have just created. Uncheck Leave messages on server to leave no message on the server. By doing this, your mailbox will be always available for incoming messages. Leaving a message on the server will cause your mailbox full or insufficient for incoming messages.
  12. Then click OK.
